Welcome to OOMLY: AI Home Design & Decor ("OOMLY," "App," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OOMLY mobile application and its related features and services.

By downloading, accessing, or using OOMLY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

OOMLY is an AI-powered home design and interior visualization application that allows users to explore interior design ideas and room makeover concepts using photos of their spaces.

Depending on the features available in the App, OOMLY may allow you to:

Upload or select photos of rooms and spaces
Explore AI-generated interior design concepts
Experiment with different interior styles
Explore living room, bedroom, and kitchen design ideas
Generate room makeover concepts
Explore colors, decor, furniture arrangements, and visual styles
Save or use generated designs where supported by the App

The features available may change, be updated, or be discontinued from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the applicable age of digital consent or otherwise require parental or guardian permission to use the App, you must obtain that permission before using OOMLY.

By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into these Terms or have obtained the necessary consent from your parent or legal guardian.

3. User Account and Access

Certain features may be available without creating an account, while other features may require an account or authentication.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when required
Keeping your account information secure
Maintaining control over access to your account
All activity performed through your account

You must not use another person's account without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe that an account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Use of Photos and User Content

OOMLY allows you to upload photos of rooms and spaces for AI-powered design processing.

You retain ownership of the photos and other content that you submit to the App, subject to any rights necessary for us or our service providers to provide the requested functionality.

By submitting content to OOMLY, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
You have the necessary rights to upload and process the content.
Your content does not knowingly violate another person's rights.
Your content does not violate applicable laws.
You will not upload content that contains unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious material.

You should avoid uploading sensitive personal information or photographs of other people unless you have the appropriate permission.

5. AI-Generated Designs

OOMLY uses AI technology to generate interior design concepts based on images and instructions provided by users.

AI-generated results are intended primarily for visualization, inspiration, and design exploration.

AI-generated results may:

Differ from your actual room
Contain inaccurate or unexpected visual elements
Change furniture, colors, layouts, lighting, walls, flooring, or other visual characteristics
Produce results that may not be physically or technically possible
Occasionally contain errors or artifacts

You should independently verify measurements, dimensions, materials, structural requirements, construction requirements, costs, and other practical considerations before making real-world decisions based on an AI-generated design.

OOMLY does not guarantee that an AI-generated design will accurately represent how a proposed renovation or modification will look or function in reality.

6. No Professional Design or Construction Advice

OOMLY is a visualization and inspiration tool.

The App does not provide professional architectural, engineering, construction, structural, electrical, plumbing, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

AI-generated designs should not be treated as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

Before making structural changes, renovations, construction work, electrical changes, plumbing changes, or other significant modifications to a property, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OOMLY to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Upload content that you do not have permission to use
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to interfere with or damage the App or its services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it
Circumvent security or access controls
Abuse, overload, or disrupt the App or its underlying services
Use automated systems to access the App in an unauthorized manner
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Use the App to create or distribute unlawful content

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably determine that your use violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to OOMLY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Copy the App or its underlying materials
Modify or redistribute the App
Sell or commercially exploit the App itself
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials without authorization

The OOMLY name, branding, and associated marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. User-Generated and AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you upload and for how you use generated results.

Where the App provides functionality allowing you to save, download, share, or otherwise use generated designs, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Because AI-generated content may incorporate or resemble common visual concepts, OOMLY does not guarantee that every generated result is unique or free from third-party rights.

You should independently review generated content before using it commercially or publicly.

10. Availability and Changes to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of OOMLY at any time.

This may include changes to:

Features
AI models
Design styles
Image-generation functionality
Storage functionality
User interface
Availability of certain services

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

We may also perform maintenance or experience temporary interruptions.

11. Third-Party Services

OOMLY may use third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, analytics services, AI-processing providers, or other technology providers to operate certain features.

Your use of features relying on third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent services, availability, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

12. Payments and Subscriptions

If OOMLY offers paid features, subscriptions, credits, or other purchases, additional pricing and purchase terms may be displayed within the App.

Before completing a purchase, you should review the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and other information presented at the time of purchase.

Where purchases are made through Google Play or another app store, payment processing, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds may also be governed by the applicable store's terms and policies.

If OOMLY does not currently offer paid features, this section will apply only if such features are introduced in the future.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

For purchases made through Google Play, refund and cancellation requests may be subject to Google Play's applicable policies and procedures.

Where applicable, subscription cancellation must be completed through the platform or service through which the subscription was purchased.

Deleting the App may not automatically cancel a subscription.

14. Privacy

Your use of OOMLY is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information, including images and technical information, may be processed when you use the App.

By using OOMLY, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OOMLY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available or uninterrupted.
The App will be free from errors or defects.
AI-generated results will always be accurate.
Generated designs will meet your expectations.
Generated designs will accurately represent real-world construction or renovation results.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
Any particular design result will be suitable for your specific property.

You use AI-generated designs and recommendations at your own discretion and risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OOMLY and its owners, developers, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses relating to:

Use or reliance on AI-generated designs
Renovation or construction decisions
Incorrect measurements or visual representations
Loss of content
Service interruptions
Device or software problems
Unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OOMLY, its owners, developers, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your unlawful use of the App
Your uploaded content
Your infringement of another person's rights
Your misuse of AI-generated content
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to OOMLY if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
Your use creates a security or operational risk
We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the App at any time.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should continue to apply may remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this document.

Your continued use of OOMLY after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the OOMLY operator is legally established, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
